DelayScout turns rail running records and your ticket into a clear claim journey. Search the trains you could have taken, add an eligible service, attach the ticket and follow its status without wrestling with operator forms every time.
Independent and evidence-led
We are not a train operator. Timings come from Rail Data Marketplace sources, station facilities come from the National Rail Knowledgebase feed, and every possible claim remains subject to the operator’s own Delay Repay rules.
What is different
The service keeps the useful parts visible: the affected train, the next possible service after a cancellation, the estimated claim level and the evidence attached to each claim. Passwordless sign-in keeps the account straightforward on mobile.
DelayScout is being built as a practical independent service. If something is unclear or wrong, use the contact form—that feedback directly improves it.
